Refund policy

At Dune Digital Trading FZ-LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

You have 5 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received;
  • Be returned in its original packaging;
  • Include any tags, seals, or accessories supplied with the product;
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Dune Digital Trading FZ-LLC will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping and arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@dunedigitaltrading.ae, including photographs where possible, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened, used, or partially used beauty and personal-care products;
  • Products where hygiene seals or protective packaging have been broken or removed;
  • Customised or personalised products;
  • Sale or clearance items;
  • Gift cards.

If you are unsure whether a product is eligible for return, please contact us before initiating a return request.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product (subject to this policy) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at sales@dunedigitaltrading.ae.
