Delivery Area

Dune Digital Trading FZ-LLC currently delivers only within the United Arab Emirates.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Dubai: Same-day delivery where available
Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and other UAE locations: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to product availability, courier schedules, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If an item is temporarily out of stock or there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Any applicable delivery fees will be shown as a separate line item during the checkout process.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within one business day of receipt.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside normal business hours may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery may result in additional delivery charges.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel delivery to locations that are unsafe, inaccessible, or outside the service area of our delivery partners. If this affects your order, we will contact you and arrange a refund where appropriate.
